What we keep

Firebase handles sign-in. We store your account ID, email, profile details, private birth date and preferences, connections, messages, shared images, game participation and results, reports, blocks and limited activity records. We do not request precise location; city is optional and entered by you.

Who can see it

Your enabled discovery profile shows your name, calculated age, bio, city, interests and avatar/photo to eligible signed-in beta members. Your email, birth date, gender and discovery preferences are not included in public profiles. Messages and images are accessible to authorized conversation participants or current table members. People may save content they have already seen; blocking cannot erase someone else's saved copy.

Messages are not end-to-end encrypted. Authorized safety administrators can inspect profiles, connections, messages, images, reports and activity for safety and support. These inspections are recorded in an audit log. Other users cannot access the admin interface.

Providers and storage

Account sign-in uses Google Firebase. Application data and compressed images are stored in our encrypted Amazon RDS PostgreSQL database in AWS US East (Northern Virginia). LiveKit Cloud carries voice; Mingle does not record voice calls. GIF search and playback use GIPHY directly. Opening GIF search sends search terms and standard network information such as your IP address to GIPHY; playing a GIF also connects to GIPHY. We store the selected GIF identifier with your message, not a copy of GIPHY media. See GIPHY’s privacy policy. Camera access is optional and requested when you open the camera. Photos are uploaded only after you review and send them. Providers process the data needed to operate their services. We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices

You control general discovery and A little spark separately. Both start off. You can edit your profile, pause discovery, disconnect, report or block someone, or delete your account from You. A profile photo is optional. Uploaded images are resized and stripped of embedded metadata; supported chat GIFs keep their animation.

Retention and deletion

Table chat is retained for up to 30 days. Chat images expire after 90 days. Profile photos and conversations remain until deletion or cleanup. Routine activity records expire after 30 days; administrator inspection logs are retained for up to 90 days for security. Account deletion removes profile and conversation data from the application and queues provider/image cleanup with retries. A minimal hashed account revocation record remains to prevent old in-flight requests from recreating deleted data. Safety reports may retain non-identifying text; do not include unnecessary personal information. Encrypted database backups can retain deleted data for up to seven days. We may preserve data when legally required.

For access, correction or deletion help, contact support from your registered email. We may verify ownership. Public launch and store submission require a final operator policy review.

1. What this website does

This website provides information about Mingle and links to its App Store and Google Play listings. It does not offer accounts, playable games, voice chat, payments or a waitlist.

2. Information involved in a visit

Our hosting provider, Render, and its delivery infrastructure receive technical information needed to serve your request, such as your IP address, browser or device information, the requested URL and the time of the request. This information may be processed to deliver the website, operate the infrastructure and protect it from abuse.

If you email us, we receive your email address, the contents of your message and any information you choose to include. We use that information to respond and handle your request. Please do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.

3. Cookies, analytics and device access

The current website code does not set cookies, use browser storage for tracking, or include advertising or visitor analytics tools. The hosting infrastructure may use technical or security mechanisms under its own policies. This website does not request access to your microphone, camera, contacts or precise location.

4. Providers and sharing

We use Render to host and deliver this website and an email provider to receive correspondence. These providers process information involved in providing their services. Their infrastructure may process information outside your country. See Render’s Privacy Policy for information about Render’s practices.

We do not sell visitor information or share it for targeted advertising on this website. Information may also be disclosed where legally required or reasonably necessary to protect the website or people using it.

5. Retention and security

We do not maintain a separate visitor account database for this website. Hosting and security records are subject to the provider’s retention practices; we do not promise a specific retention period for those records. We retain correspondence as needed to respond, resolve the matter and meet applicable obligations.

The website uses HTTPS. No method of transmitting or storing information can be guaranteed completely secure.

6. Your requests

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction or deletion of your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact teamvikingstech@gmail.com to make a request or ask about our handling of information. We may need to verify your request and will respond as required by applicable law. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

7. Children

This website is not directed to children and does not provide registration or submission forms. If you believe a child has sent personal information to us, contact us so we can review and address it.

8. Changes and future app features

We will update this policy if the website’s practices change. Before introducing features such as accounts, games, voice chat or a waitlist, we will provide information covering the data those features use. The date above identifies the current version.
