Eligibility and agreement

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Mingle. By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, you confirm that you meet this requirement and will provide an accurate date of birth during account setup. By creating a profile and using the service, you agree to these terms and our privacy notice.

Use accurate age information, respect consent and follow our community standards. You are responsible for the content you share and must have permission to share images. Do not impersonate others, evade blocks, spam, harass, exploit people or share illegal content.

Discovery and voice are optional. Games and conversations may be interrupted while we update the service. Paid introductions are currently unavailable. We may restrict access when investigating abuse or protecting users. These terms do not limit rights that applicable law gives you.

1. About this website

This website provides information about Mingle and its games. Features, artwork and descriptions may change.

The App Store and Google Play buttons link to Mingle’s mobile app listings. Accounts, playable games, voice chat and payments are not available through this website.

2. Using the website

You may browse the website for lawful purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt it, introduce malicious software, bypass security controls, obtain unauthorized access or use it to infringe others’ rights. Nothing in these terms restricts activities protected by applicable law.

3. Website materials

The Mingle name, branding, artwork, text and other materials may be protected by intellectual property rights belonging to Team Vikings or their respective owners. Viewing this website does not transfer those rights. Any use beyond what applicable law permits requires permission from the relevant rights holder.

Apple, App Store, Google Play and other third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance identifies the app’s platforms and does not imply endorsement.

4. External links

If this website links to an external service, that service has its own terms and privacy practices. We do not control third-party websites. Future app-store listings, when available, will also be subject to the relevant store’s terms.

We aim to keep this website accurate, but it is provided on an “as available” basis. We may update, suspend or remove website content. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every planned feature will be released.
